We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Keypunch Operator for the Financial Division. To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, an Associates Degree preferred. Minimum of two-three (2-3) years of patient accounting or in a related field of healthcare experience preferred. Knowledge of third party operations and familiarity with automated patient accounting sys! tems required. Knowledge of PC applications preferred. Respond! s to the needs and requests of the staff, patients, and their authorized representatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum reimbursement to the Medical Center by managing patient accounts. Must successfully perform the following functions: account services, account review, and billing.
