Responsibilities:
Design and create various materials: presentation templates, internal communications, oter external communications as needed
Cleans and formats decks; ensures consistency of design
Utilizes superior PowerPoint skills - charts, embedding video/audio, builds, etc.
Utilizes other design software (InDesign, Potoshop, etc.) as necessary
Adds additional software exp! ertise to repertoire as necessary, including Keynote, Prezi, e! tc.
Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and monitor workflow effectively
Helps prepare material for the company internet and intranet websites
Travels to new business meetings with the presenting team; provides set-up and breakdown support for offsite meetings as needed
Provides thorough technical presentation support to pitching and presenting teams
Stays current with presentation software innovation; makes excellence in presentation style support and analysis the key pursuit
Qualifications:
BA or equivalent experience required
Strong PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop a must
Knowledge of Keynote, Prezi a plus
2 plus years of experience
Ability ito consistently manage and meet deadlines
Flexibility in work schedule a must
