Responsibilities:

- Perform audit controls to ensure departmental procedures and policies are being adhered to
- Communicate with internal and external strategic contacts to resolve operational and client issues
- Perform client account reconciliations and administration as needed
- Consistently measure and monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Analyze information and produce metrics for senior management
- Participation in firm initiatives such as technology upgrades and procedural enhancements
- Daily contact with various third parties including custodian banks and client
- Setup and maintain databases and client files, process and confirm trades, research routine errors, failures, and inquiries
