New York Institute of Technology seeks a Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations to design, implement and coordina! te a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship system that appropriately and consistently promotes interaction with and recognition of donors at all levels. The Director will work closely with donors and effectively communicate the impact of their gifts; ensure that donors are properly recognized through giving clubs and societies; create and maintain stewardship reports on all major donors; play a lead role in planning and coordination of donor recognition events and activities and manage other projects as assigned by the Vice President.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience required. Advanced degree and experience in higher education donor relations and stewardship and event planning preferred. Knowledge of Raisers Edge data management system also preferred. The selected candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
