Detailed specification about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Our Human Resources team is looking for an HR Business Partner supporting the Equities Department. The successful candidate will:
Provides a full rang! e of HR services and support to selected groups within the Americas Equities department
Leverages internal and external best practices to deliver the required services
Acts as a key advisor to client management teams. Attends and actively participates in client management team meetings
Liaises with colleagues in other locations and divisions on HR issues and initiatives
Supports, coaches, and advises Client Managers in resolution of critical individual HR cases
Recognized as a trusted HR advisor to the management team(s) of assigned client departments/ divisions
Review employee grievances/ complaints. Lead and/or support investigation and mitigation as required while working with Employee Relations, LCD and Line Management
Coordinates the activities of HR subject matter experts (comp, benefits, diversity, talent planning, etc.) to deliver the required HR services
Makes a significant contribution to the implementation and execution of HR polic! ies and programs
Manages HR to full compliance with applic! able employment laws and company policies
Participates and supports the lateral and campus recruiting process to ensure appropriate technical and managerial talent is sourced to meet business needs
Anticipates and responds to critical HR related problems and issues. Applies deep knowledge of human resources programs, policies, and practices to resolve these critical employee relations issues. (Often complex and arising with little warning)
Works with our Service Center to ensure that all new hire and on boarding tasks are completed for Senior/Managing Director hires

Demonstrated ability in handling complex employee relations, compliance, and employment law cases. Working knowledge of laws governing work place in countries where client has employees
High integrity; able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Adheres to code of conduct; acts responsibly; protecting the reputation of the bank; controlling risks
Proficiency with MS office technologies as well as People Soft and other HR technologies
Appropriate business education and HR certification required to serve as trusted HR advisor to executive board and divisional senior management
