Group O is looking for additional members to join our inbound call center family as a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative! You will assist customers through the redemption of rebates and rewards and resolve any questions and concerns that may arise. Group O provides an environment that is challenging, supportive, and appreciative. You will play a vital role in supporting our customer loyalty and reward programs in our call center. - Provide basic customer support via multiple channels for each assigned program; inbound and/or outbound in English and another language.
- Document completely and accurately call information provided by the system.
- Document calls for research and escalate through appropriate chain of command.
- Review spec sheets and training manuals and provided sites to remain current on client programs.
- Notify Supervisor of any issues or events
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills (verbal)
- Good customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in a second language
- Basic Customer service experience
- Basic Phone handling experience
- Providing an efficient & high-quality experience for our customer
- Utilizing resources & leading-edge technology tools to assist customers with questions, as well as to stay up to date on program information.
- Meeting & exceeding performance standards set forth by Group O & our clients.
- Customer-focused, energetic attitude; desire to provide exceptional customer service every time.
- Willingness to & accountable for resolving customer concerns.
- Ability to uphold a professional demeanor in difficult situations.
