Position Overview
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our Executive Support Team and provide a high-level of support to key network executives. The ideal candidate will enjoy being on the go, and have experience handling a wide range of administrative projects, successfully executing long-term projects alongside immediate demands, and exuding high levels of efficiency when managing an executive both in the office and remotely.

Ability t! o work under pressure on competing responsibilities with resil! ience, discretion, and diplomacy is essential. Capable of working on projects independently as well as working well as part of a team, and strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. Willing to come in early and/or work late contingent on workflow.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Support
Manage highly demanding executives each and every day ensuring schedules are executed in a timely manner with all prep documents ready and reviewed in advance.
Manage and prioritize a high volume of calls and responsibilities while ensuring they are completed on or before due dates.
Travel with executives, take notes while in meetings, and ensure follow up is extracted and executed in a timely manner.
Maintain an organized and up to date filing system and contact database.
Maintain all technological devices to ensure they are functioning at full capacity at! all times.
Assist with internal and external correspondence, drafting communications and presentations.
Assist with coordinating travel itineraries including reservations, meetings, and other preparatory materials.
Coordinate meals and assist in schools as needed.
Ensure the executive offices are fully stocked and always presentable for visitors.
Coordinate with network and school staff on a regular basis.
Assist with additional professional and personal tasks as needed.
Project Management
Assist with coordination of logistics and smooth execution of special events as needed (tours, off sites, lunches, dinners, press visits, speaking engagements, etc.).

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position must have a Bachelor’s Degree and a high level of professionalism and organization.

The candidate must demonstrate competency in the following areas:

Organization. Keeps track of projects and deadline! s, and communicates progress in real-time.
Problem-solving. Approaches challenges in creative ways and finds thoughtful solutions.
Oral and written communication. Comfort addressing a variety of audiences with a knowledgeable and friendly demeanor. Audiences include government officials, vendors, school staff, parents, and students.
Strategic Problem Solving. Ability to think logically through each step of a project.

Speed, Precision, and Accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with speed, precision and accuracy.
