We are searching for a Manager Field Service Engineering in Tampere, Finland.
As Manager Field Service Engineering, you will be a team leader for our technical service support team (3 employees). Your key areas of responsibility include technical service support, warranty processing, technical service training and parts support. You will work with our global customers, our global sales teams, and internal teams such as customer service, production, engineering, purchasing and quality teams. Our customers are global OEM customers, and Marine key account. Additionally we support other IR manufacturing for the products we manufacture in the Tampere plant.
Your responsibilities:
- Supervising the service support team, and responsibility of selected key accounts.
- Scheduling the repair shop workload including warranty inspections and repair work for our customers' products
- Reporting customer experiences and warranties according to the company quality system
- Communicating customer experiences to new product development team and developing service programs for new and customized products
Your qualifications and key competencies:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or similar
- Experience in mechanical engineering
- Familiar with SAP or similar ERPs
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
