Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote)


 

· On Call Role: Follow up with On Call service messages; debrief office staff

· Switch Phones On/Off of Answering Service every morning / evening

· Take incoming customer calls.

· Monitor Service E-mail at all times.

· Create dispatch ticket for all service calls.

· Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received.

· Keep Customers informed of schedule; provide arrival updates

· Happy calls / customer surveys.

· Customer Database Maintenance: Update customer files as information is received. (Extended warranties, equipment info, new customers, Birthday tickler file, etc.)

· Maintain on call schedule, to include 1st on call and standby technician

· Record Keeping of Residential Maintenance Agreements

· Renewal of residential maintenance contracts

· Schedule residential maintenance

· Research part requests for customers, contact vendors for quotes, follow up with customer for approval and scheduling.

· Evening – Call 1st Customer of following day for confirmation of time

* Please note, after hours on-call required on a rotating basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
