We are currently seeking Servers, Food Runners, and Cashiers to join our team at Havana Grill. As a member of our team, you'll enjoy excellent opportunities for advancement in a fast casual environment, all while working for an environmentally friendly company.

All candidates must be dependable, friendly, outgoing, and be able to hustle! Punctuality is a must!
Team members share in a tip pool which averages and additional $10-$17 per hour or more. Generous pay and flexible scheduling!
Your job will include the following:
Greeting everyone who comes through our doors in a cheerful and welcoming manner.
Having familiarity with all our food and explaining them to our guests, and making recommendations when asked.
Expediting food to tables.
Adhering to our sanitation protocols and performing sanitation tasks once each table has finished and at the end of your shift.
Thanking guests as they are leaving.
We are looking to fill this position ASAP so please do not respond unless you are serious about working, are available 15-36 hours per week, and can start working immediately.
You must have evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
You must be a great team player, willing to pick up shifts on short notice, and take direction well.
You must be reliable and dependable and work well under pressure.
You must have your own transportation as well as a personal cell phone/email address with access to it on a regular basis.
- You must have current Food Handler’s Card or be willing to get one.
- You must be 21 or older since you will be handling and serving alcohol
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
