We are looking for experienced and talented Customer Service Rep/Phone and Online Software Support who can join our Class Valuation/DataMaster team. We are looking for individuals who will provide software support, technical assistance, and training to our customers. This support will be on the phone as well as online. To perform this job successfully, an individual will be required to learn the DataMaster system (training provided); and be competent with the computer and a variety of software packages, including the Microsoft Office Suite. The applicant must also have the ability to interact with customers comfortably and professionally.
Description:
  • Work with a team in a fast paced, changing environment that’s responsible for supporting new technologies in an evolving market.
  • Identify solutions to questions from customers regarding multiple software and hardware products.
  • Utilize phone, e-mail, and remote access solutions to resolve customers issues.
  • Troubleshoot intermediate Windows OS and IOS problems while maintaining a positive attitude with every customer.
  • Educate customers on DataMaster and INvision features and functions.
  • Communicate daily with Account Managers and Developers to track customer tickets and resolutions.
  • Efficiently multitask and work independently to meet individual and team goals.
  • Identify and report positive and negative trends from customers to colleagues and managers.
  • Maintain outstanding communication skills and a dedication to our “Customer Obsession” core principle.
Skills:
  • Call Center, Salesforce, and BeyondTrust (Bomgar) experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Customer Service and technical troubleshooting support experience.
