About Goldburger
Founded in 2018 as a mobile burger pop-up known for our high quality and attention to detail, as well as its down to earth and honest voice, Goldburger has maintained that vibe as it has quickly grown from a cart on the side of the road to two permanent restaurants. We are a family owned and operated business proudly born and raised in

About the Job
Team Members contribute to all aspects of operations in the restaurant, including cashier, bagging orders, cooking burgers and fries, and as important as everything else upholding the highest possible standards in hospitality and customer service.

- Provide excellent customer experiences by treating people like people-- sincerity is key
- Prepare all orders quickly while maintaining Goldburger's high standards for quality and presentation
- Maintain and clean work area and follow all applicable health code standards
Qualifications and Experience
- One year experience in the food service industry
- One year experience in customer service
- Experience with cooking is recommended but not required-- we train!
- Valid ServSafe certificate or willingness to get one in 30 days or hire date
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Must be able to consistently carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds
- Must be able to remain on one's feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to keep a calm, mature, professional demeanor at all times
- Availability for both weekend days and overall schedule availability
- Must be able to provide reliable transportation to/from work
Compensation
Approx. $23-$25/hour with tips ($16-$17 starting wage, depending on experience)
