Job Location: Remote; Need to be able to go onsite for training, if needed

The role you’ll contribute:

The Time and Attendance Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining employee time and attendance records, processing reports, and assisting with other time and attendance activities. Time and Attendance Analysts are to be cross-trained to cover any similar position that may require coverage with, or without, notice. The Time and Attendance Analyst actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Creates and maintains employee time and attendance records to ensure accurate payment of time worked
  • Process Time and Attendance on Payroll Mondays
  • Ensures that Zero Time and Non-Worked hours are entered in a timely matter
  • Creates Bi-Weekly Unapproved Timesheet Report
  • Processes Exception Report Daily
  • Receives employee off-cycle payroll inquiries regarding time and attendance errors; Investigates inquiries and determines how to process any necessary adjustments
  • Collects, processes, and validates all employee time and attendance and absence data
  • Identifies and works with employees and timekeepers to resolve any errors related to employee time and attendance and absence data
  • Prepares and audits revised timesheets in preparation for payroll run
  • Engages in customer service activities by answering questions on the phone and responding to employee cases created by Employee Services help desk.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department
Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft preferred
  • Proficiency in WorkForce preferred
  • Proficiency in Kronos preferred
  • Familiarity with shared service business concepts, practices, and procedures preferred


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School degree or equivalent degree
  • One or two years of time and attendance experience required
