Position Summary: The primary focus of this position will be to provide setup, maintenance and ongoing customer support of Zenner facing applications. This position will assist in creating software interfaces to third party vendors and billing providers. It also provides technical support to Zenner based customers.
Assists with the setup, administration and oversight of Zenner’s hosted mesh system. Work directly with IT contractors to make sure that Zenner’s IT needs are met. Monitor mesh systems for issues. Create ways to automate the monitoring of the systems. Assists customers to setup self-hosting systems. Database administration of Postgresql databases. Makes sure that backups are managed correctly.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- IT background in corporate IT systems, Microsoft primarily
- Microsoft Server administrator capabilities
- Previous hosted database experience a plus
- Previous Postgresql experience
- Microsoft SQL experience
- Ability to develop and execute SQL queries a must
- Experience in the AMR industry a plus
- Ability to work with and direct vendors
- Detail oriented
- Ability to document and communicate effectively both in writing and orally
- Ability to read & understand procedures, guidelines
- Java knowledge a plus

Setting up meshes 10%
Assist in creating software interfaces to third party vendors and billing providers. 10%
Provide setup, maintenance and ongoing customer support of Zenner facing applications. 30%
Analyzing meshes functionality and maintaining systems 20%
Development/documentation of automation techniques and systems 15%
