In this role you will:
- Help execute internal tactical activities of communications plans for our Commercial Banking business.
- Partner with internal Communications colleagues to provide communications support for various business needs/projects.
- Ensure all messages and content are consistent in tone; focused and accurate.
- Assist with development and enhancement of Commercial communications channels
- Bachelor's Degree (English, Communications or Journalism concentrations preferred)
- 3-4 years experience in consultation on internal communications needs for complex organizations
- Financial services experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience with communications support for customer-facing industry a must, preferably a large banking institution
- Ability to translate business goals/results into meaningful messages for executives, managers, associates, and candidates
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- HTML and video production skills a bonus
- Strong judgment, and integrity
- Excellent problem-solver, highly motivated, proactive, flexible and results-oriented
