Qualifications Excellent writing communication and interpersonal skills High School graduate or equivalent Knowledge of current and legacy Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office software suites Knowledge of Outlook email administration and troubleshooting Knowledge of Avaya and Cisco VOIP technologies Knowledge of current and relevant hardwaresoftware technologies Demonstrated working knowledge of a range of hardwaresoftware diagnostic utilities Process focused with ability to effectively follow the Incident Management Problem Management Request For Service and Change Management processes Minimum of 5 years IT support experience minimum of 5 years experience on a corporate Service Desk or in another technical support role with a background in either Customer Service or as an IT Service Desk Analyst and strong troubleshooting skills in a high volume demanding environment Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a Windows network environment (LANWAN DNS TCPIP) supporting Windows XP and Windows7 operating systems MS Office support working knowledge of Active Directory systems administration tasks and knowledge of Web Services or Citrix computing services Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) andor Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and A+ certification required Knowledge of A+ and or Network+ are required
