Your challenge:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing for Crown Archetype, this position is a key part of the team bringing Crown Archetype, Harmony, Crown Business, and Crown Forum publications to the largest possible readership through innovative consumer-facing marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in executing marketing campaigns, including online initiatives, outreach to social networking venues, bloggers, and consumers.
- Works closely with marketing, editorial, and publicity on vertical content initiatives and social media outreach for specific categories.
- Coordinates and manages seasonal responsibilities for the Archetype team, including galley allocations, TI sheets and catalog bullets, sales materials, etc.
- In consultation with Marketing Director, maintains and updates marketing budget grids.
- Cultivates relationships with key bloggers in appropriate categories.
- Handles administrative tasks for Marketing Director and Archetype team including meeting scheduling, notes and minutes, mailings, etc.
Essential Abilities:
- 4 year college degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of key marketing concepts and tools including email, social media marketing, and search
