TRAC Assistant Supervisor-Night Staff has supervisory responsibility for the Night Sociotherapy staff in the TRAC Program cottages. This entails responsibility for ensuring that a safe and therapeutic cottage environment is maintained during the hours of 11:00 p.m.-9:00 a.m. The TRAC Night Supervisor visits their assigned cottages throughout the night to make certain that Night Sociotherapy staff is alert and performing their duties in an effective manner.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, some College preferred. A minimum of two years working with at-risk youth at The Childrenâs Village, or a minimum of three years of similar experience at another youth service organization or equivalent childcare setting. Minimum of two years of solid experience working with troubled youth, preferably as a supervisor. Ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish.
