? Conduct Kickoff meetings to include internal and customer based meetings to start the planning phase of assigned projects.
? Create and revise project schedules.
? Schedule resources by working with the Studio/Team resources as well as the General Manager and Studio Director to ensure availability and completeness.
? Work with the design engineers to create a system narrative to describe the system design and operation.
? Full comprehension of plans and specifications as well as all drawing sets related to all projects the are taken on from SD â" DD â" CD.
? Work with the design engineer to develop final equipment lists, detailed engineering and drafting documents and conduct in-house reviews.
? Facilitate the pre-fabrications tasks and/or media production activities.
? Test fabricated or production materials in-house.
? Update and monitor the Purchase Order Master and ensure Purchase orders are accurate and timely.
? Coordinate with shipping/receiving for material movement.
? Monitor fabrication efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
? Coordinate with clients, site leads and project coordinators for installation.
? Document installation issues and change requests.
? Oversee tests and troubleshooting efforts and document results.
? Coordinate closing procedures including follow-through on punch-down lists, manuals and as-built documents.
? Ensure all deliverables have been met and all invoicing is accomplished.
? Ensure weekly meetings are conducted and reports are filed and in all cases communicate day to day activity as needed.
? Ensure all client needs are met in accordance with proposals and contracts
? Ensure the business needs of Technomedia are met in terms of keeping costs down while performing efficiently and effectively in all aspects of project management
? Preparation and follow up on Travel Requests for Project Teams including flights, hotels, car rentals, per diem.
? Preparation and tracking of Shipping Requests, Transmittals, and Commercial Invoices (when applicable) for outgoing shipments.
? Review the Project Schedules and make any necessary changes provided by Director of Projects.
? Attend Weekly Project and Resource Meetings, promptly sending out meeting notes and action items.
? Daily creation of POMâs, PBMâs and any other Project documentation that the Director of the Studio directs.
? Assure documentation/templates are being saved by the Team members in the Project Directories with the proper file naming protocol.
? Preparation of Invoice Requests based on contractual milestone dates.
? Posting of contracts, invoices, quotes, etc. to SharePoint.
? Confirm every week the Schedule, Project Checklist and Weekly Reports and that they are saved in the appropriate project directories.
? Update each projectâs financials from QuickBooks to the PBM weekly.
? Responsible for logistics and follow up on timely equipment ordering and delivery to site.
? Provide continuous, superior customer service while maintaining profitability.
? Exceed customer expectations with service, communication, and urgency.
? Must be capable of multi-tasking and coordinating multiple projects as appropriate.
? Responsible for adhering to the Technomedia Project Management Manual.
? Responsible for any follow up/tasks/delegated assignments/requests and the like as well as direct efforts as initiated or directed by the SN department manager
