Under minimal supervision, the Actuarial Support Analyst supports Centrally Managed Business (CMB) portfolios which are books all over the globe which are in run-off. This includes reserving, on a deal or portfolio basis, and aiding in coming up with optimal structures for dealing with these books of busines! s whether running off or exiting. This also includes the opportunity to assist in any of the actuarial functions within CMB including Home Office reporting, internal capital allocation, internal controls, internal and external auditing, tax questions, life exposure and statutory (both US and outside of US).
Job Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required.
5 or more years of related actuarial experience required.
Successful completion of four actuarial exams preferred.
Experience in multiple functional areas (pricing, reserving, capital management, etc) is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and operations required.
