The Financial Services Trade Support position offers a unique opportunity to utilize analytical skills in a client-facing environment as a part of our Financial Services team. In this role you will investigate client trade inquiries and communicate your findings to clients.
High performing employees within the department have historically been promoted into a wide range of positions including management, sales, compliance, trading education, private client services, marketing, and training. Top performing employees are eligible for quarterly bonus.
Key responsibilities include (not limited to):
Investigate client trade inquiries by analyzing relevant reports and data
Identify flaws in trade execution and offer clients appropriate redress
Intelligently articulate financial and market-r! elated concepts when speaking with clients to resolve their tr! ade inquiries
Skillfully probe for, listen, and understand client needs to provide resources and solutions to improve clients' trading experience and results
Mediate difficult situations, conversations and customers with composure and resolve
Consistently take initiative to learn about the FX markets, the FX industry and new FXCM platforms/products
Be a team player and proactively collaborate with team members across multiple FXCM business unites to ensure that trade inquiries are resolved quickly and accurately.
Requirements:
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
Passion for customer service and a strong desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport.
Follow global market trends and events; effectively discuss news releases and trade setups.
Committed to providing best-in class service and demonstrating a high level of integrity.
Strong analytical ! skills and attention to detail
Ability to articulate mathematical examples with proficiency and accuracy
Bilingual skills are a plus, but are not required (Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish and Chinese)
Bachelor degree, with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Must obtain Series 3 and Series 34 licenses within 90 days of hire: full training will be provided and cost is covered by company
Strong MS Office skills
Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
