Job Description:
As the Fulfillment Coordinator, you will manage the ticket fulfillment process for our customers in a timely and accurate manner in order to maintain and grow the company's market leadership aspiration. Additionally, you will work to maintain relationships with fulfillment sub-contractors and any related partners in the US and Canada.
You will offer the service and information our customers require during specific campaigns, and offer the provision of accessible and responsive dispatch information to all company departments before, during and after event campaigns.
Scheduling required resources, according to workload at the optimu! m cost and performance, as well as managing Key Suppliers invo! lved in the provision of distribution and customer service will fall under your realm of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of the daily fulfillment tasks in order to achieve and improve set standards
Handling clients/subcontractors and customers enquiries and personally resolving each individual request received that relates to dispatch and fulfillment of ticket orders
The preparation of fulfillment related reporting for all company departments
Uploading of key dispatch/tracking data for suppliers to prepare and dispatch tickets in accordance with company procedures and timelines
The fulfillment of physical tickets to the client base, utilizing the systems and procedures in place
Suggesting enhanced processes to improve fulfillment and ultimately the customer experience, whilst also delivering efficiencies to the business
Scrutinize invoices received from fulfillment sub-contractors and payments made directly to dis! tribution companies
Build and edit dispatch matrices for ticket and merchandise distribution
Promote CrowdSurge brand image and values through own appearance and behavior so that it reflects CrowdSurge's high standards and agenda in order to develop the customer relationship
Support other company activity when necessary
