DISNEY THEATRICAL GROUP (DTG) is among the worldâs most successful commercial theatre enterprises. DTG produces or licenses live entertainment events that reach a global annual audience of more than 20 million people in more than 40 countries. DTG produces and licenses Broadway musicals around the world, including Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Elton John & Tim Riceâs Aida, TARZAN® , Mary Poppins, a co-production by Disney and Cameron Mackintosh, and The Little Mermaid. DTG also delivers live entertainment around the globe through its license to Feld Entertainment, producer o! f Disney on Ice and Disney Live!. In addition, DTG licenses mu! sical titles for local school and community theatre productions through Music Theatre International.
We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Coordinator (Red ID 113059BR).
Responsibilities
- Support the Manager, CRM and Consumer Insights in direct customer marketing strategies and practices.
o Ensure DTG compliance with regulatory, legal and brand policies (e.g., CAN-SPAM, Disney e-mail standards, etc).
o Fulfill reporting standards and maintain a centralized view of direct marketing results.
o Partner with TWDC corporate to identify targeting opportunities and audience prospects.
- Assist in the implementation of collecting consumer information:
o Manage the secure transfer of new and existing da! ta between DTG, Disney business units and 3rd party vendors.
o Assist in the execution of programs designed to obtain information from buyers who transact outside of Ticketmaster (e.g., at the box office, via brokers, etc).
o Assist in the development and execution of innovative in-venue incentives to engage consumers and drive data collection.
o Partner with TWDC Corporate to ensure DTG data is integrated into the centralized TWDC data repository.
- Support Managerâs management and analysis of audience/consumer research to determine existing audience and determine potential new ones
o Tie research results to ongoing CRM and other direct response efforts within marketing and sales departments
o Conduct ongoing research efforts as instructed by DTG leadership
o Support periodic qualit! ative research projects to test awareness and perceptions of shows and ! marketing campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, with strong emphasis on CRM, ROI analysis, consumer insights, project/budget management and process evaluation.
- Demonstrated talent for creative and analytic thinking
- Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to translate data-driven concepts into action items.
- Keen ability to âthink ahead of the curveâ in order to stay abreast of fast-moving trends.
- Solid interpersonal, persuasion, problem-solving, decision-making and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and/or awareness of relevant CRM-related software and vendors.
- Experience working with vendors.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (with varying points of view), including technology teams.
- Ability to work long hours, when required.
- Knowledge of web analytics a plus.
- Knowledge of The Walt Disney Company and its core products, brands and consumer bases strongly preferred.
- Work experience within the entertainment industry and a passion for live entertainment.
- HTML or similar coding experience.
- Photoshop or similar graphics experience
BA degree or equivalent in sociology or business-related function.
