Successful candidates will be able to handle customer interactions in a friendly, courteous, accurate, and professional manner primarily over the telephone, and through email. Candidates must be ! able to work in a team environment. Candidates will have a minimum of 1 year related work experience in processing orders for Networking products, Retail Electronics or other related Technology Industry solutions. Candidates must possess familiarity and operational skill in the use of Windows based computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite programs, use of the internet, and general office machines. Spanish language fluency a strong plus. Must be able to key at least 35 wpm

Starting compensation will be paid at a rate of $14-$18 hourly based upon experience and with a benefits package available after successful completion of the probationary period. Hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm EST.
