Responsibilities include managing recruitment/new hire process, onboarding of new e! mployees, managing internal review process, handling all insurance policies, providing COI's for internal events, and assisting with internal budgets. Successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and is a team player. Must be able to manage sensitive HR issues with integrity. Should be an independent self-starter with a desire to succeed. Seeking a candidate with a BA/BS and at least 4-5 years of HR/Operations experience. Base salary up to $70K with a competitive benefits package. Typical hours are 9:30am-6:30pm with flexibility for overtime. Excellent opportunity to grow with an expanding startup advertising company.
