Large international law firm seeks an IP legal assistant to join its New York office. Minimum of 4 years experience required, including foreign and domestic prosecution and docketing. Responsibilities include managing! and docketing the domestic and foreign trademark portfolios, as well as, patent client portfolios; trademark searching and clearance; US and foreign prosecution; preparing trademark applications; and preparing patent applications, statements of use, declarations, assignments, renewals, and other documents for filing with USPTO. Ability to cite check and bluebook, a plus.
Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills and ability to work in a team environment required. Bachelors degree required. Salary commensurate with experience.
