++RESPONSIBILITIES++
As a mobile developer at Bark & Co., you will be responsible for all aspects of mobile application development on a number of projects and platforms, ranging from e-commerce & marketing to prototyping & building new business initiatives. We are an agile software development team and we place a great value on transparency, feedback, and constant testing of our ideas and code. In addition to building highly scalable and responsive mobile applications, you will also be responsible for bringing innovation to Bark & Co.’s technology and processes through collaboration with all members of our organization.
++REQUIREMENTS++
We are looking for exceptional mobile developers with experience in the following areas to help us grow our business and to make dogs around the world happier. The quantity of your experience is not nearly as important as the! quality of it. Code examples and shipped products speak volum! es to us.
- Experience developing for the iPad, iPhone, iTouch, Android and other mobile devices
- Proficiency in Objective C, Cocoa, iOS SDK, and Interface Builder
- Proficiency in Java
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming and Design Patterns
- Experience working with web services via REST and JSON
- Experience building mobile web applications with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Agile & Scrum Development Methodologies
- Git
- Issue Tracking (Jira, Pivotal, etc)
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to quality
