Delivers quality technical service with emphasis on the customer’s total look. Responsible for building a request client base through referrals and conversions by util! izing promotional materials available, while following all company policies and procedures.
PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Acknowledges and greets all guests and offers friendly, prompt and courteous service.
Provide individualized nail services and treatments that meet the clients’ needs and expectations.
Explain products, services and treatments to clients and assist them with determining their individual needs.
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and ULTA’s policy and procedures.
Meets or exceeds all individual sales and productivity goals.
Attends ULTA mandatory education events and workshops.
Assists in store duties (e.g. filling and salon retail displays and shelves).
Adheres to salon dress code and ULTA Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a current state nail! technician or cosmetology license (permits the nail technicia! n to perform nail services)
Proficiency with the use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
Developed communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
