Way back in the day, a guy named Larry Levine created a little hole in the wall in Dallas Texas called Chili's Grill and Bar and our namesake Norman Brinker was really diggin’ the vibe. And now, over 30 years later, across the United States and over 30 countries, we still rock the bar and grill. But the secret to our success is more than just the spicy food, spiky cocktails and cool place. Ultimately, it’s the way we treat people â€" our BFFs (our Guests) AND our very own ChiliHeads.

When everybody has a good time, everybody goes home happy and looks forward to coming back. Let’s face it: since 99.99% of us have to work, we’re all in this together. But not everybody has the opportunities we have. So we aren't afraid to dance around the building with big hearts busting out of our chests. We couldn't be more proud to give back to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or on a small scale with community Give Back Nights. And, because a little bit goes a long way, we even have a way to help each other through our Brinker Family Fund, giving back to our own who are facing illness or disaster.
