ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITES:
Cut, slice, chop and trim meats, using proper equipment.
Maintain and stock product in display, understanding product dating and inventory control.
Grill requested food items in accordance to customers’ specifications and preset recipes
Recipe management and training
Kitchen cleanliness & organization
Food safety
Equipment maintenance
Prep list
