Job Summary: The primary role of a Mini Bar Attendant is to effectively maintain the guest room mini bars. Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the inventory, upkeep of the in-room mini-bars, inclusive of snack offerings and alcohol and charge accordingly

Be able to push a cart up to 40 to 50 pounds from room to room as they check the in-room mini-bars- Conducts monthly storeroom inventory of snack offerings and alcohol placed in the mini-bar with Accounting
- Remove mini-bar inventory from guest rooms as they approach the expiration dates
- Be able to knock on guest room doors, enter occupied/vacant rooms and inventory mini-bars
Qualifications:
- Ability to satisfactorily understand and communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management
- Education: High school or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years previous experience in a similar position in a luxury or lifestyle hotel preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Pushing/Pulling: up to 50lbs
- Lifting/Carrying: up to 50lbs
- Standing/Walking: Constantly. Standing/walking the majority of scheduled shift
- Kneeling/Crawling: Constantly. Completing tasks throughout the hotel
