FRSTeam is a franchise company that sells and manages franchise businesses specializing in the restoration of textiles, electronics, and other contents damaged by smoke, fire, or water losses. We are seeking a full time Operations Admin Coordinator to add to our expanding corporate team. This position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with great organizational, multi-tasking, customer service, reporting, and communication skills. General Duties and Responsibilities
  • National claim dispatching

    $ads={1}

    • 8a-5p PST Mon-Fri and every 4th weekend rotation
  • Total Loss valuation using XactContents and other internet sources
  • QA review of estimate and claim information
  • Communicate and follow up with FRSTeam offices
  • Document all dispatch and QA work performed
  • Other duties or projects as assigned
Skills Required:
  • Phone skills
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Xactimate, Xactanalysis, DASH, and Microsoft suite software knowledge required
  • Ability to interface in a professional manner with all FRSTeam owners & their staff
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple assignments
  • Positive, polite, and cheerful attitude
  • Discreet demeanor, confidentiality required for various projects
We Offer:
  • Starting wage: $50k-$60k annually
