Responsibilities
- Engage customers and welcome them to the Metro by T-Mobile family. Make it Personal
- Explore and Discover, ask questions to determine the individual customer’s needs.
- Offer solution, so customers can stay connected to what matter most to them. Be a problem solver.
- Manage returns and exchanges of merchandise
- Stay updated on new product and services. Be an Expert and Guide the sale.
- Build long term relationships with customers and stay connected.
- Work to meet all established sales goals and targets.
- Help create a welcoming environment, by ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Your Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus. (PREFERRED)
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
- Flexible scheduling availability.
- Completed High school diploma/GED.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
