RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be able to
- Lead the engagement and act as the main point of contact for the middleware portion of the unemployment insurance modernization project at DOES for day-to-day development activities and operations.
- Present project status and deliverables to leadership.
- Develop a partnership with Unemployment Insurance management as a project management expert by understanding the project’s objectives and supporting an ongoing, two-way communication effort regarding technology strategies, priorities, and governance.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables, documentation, and reports.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedule reporting on deviations from baseline schedules.
- Manage and support government clients’ environments in Microsoft Azure cloud.
- Troubleshoot incident lifecycle for application related problems.
- Design cloud and networking configurations, considering target environment, performance, and security and sustainability requirements.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, document, and implement server applications.
- Develop and maintain web services and end point integrations.
- Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines in Azure.
- Review current solutions and work with team to develop a migration plan from existing legacy frameworks to the Azure environment.
- Develop REST APIs that can be consumed by 3rd parties.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand the organization’s vision, strategy, and data integrity needs.
- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Provide support across BI activities, including design and development of BI dashboards and reports.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team of other disciplines, including data architects, business analysts, project managers, and to deliver data integrations and BI solutions required for various projects.
- Configure data components as part of a team to deliver full solutions for clients.

Salary: Up to $130.00 per hour
