Qualifications

  • Can start immediately
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Call Center/Customer Service
  • Must have an experience as chat/email customer service support
  • Must have an experience handling social media complaints
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a social media representative, or a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Working knowledge of social media tools, such as HootSuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
  • Solid customer service skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+.
  • Must have a good writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
