Olson Remcho, LLP, a leading California law firm practicing in campaign finance and election law seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant for its Long Beach office. The administrative assistant will provide support to the firm’s Compliance Reporting Unit which delivers financial and compliance services to clients in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry and list tracking, scheduling, filing, receive, sort and distribute daily mail including overnight and express mail, general office and other duties as assigned. Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, research and math skills. We are seeking a candidate who can work both independently and as part of a team. Some college, legal, accounting, MS Office and, familiarity with IRS and FTB forms is preferred. Position will require overtime during predetermined reporting periods. Salary range $19 hr. -$21/hr.
