Leasing Coordination & Move-In Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing
Playing THE key role in the successful move-in of new residents. Upon their application being approved you will help move future American Avenue Residents through the final (and most important) part of the leasing process as they go from approved applicant to becoming a new American Avenue Resident.
Working directly with new residents. This is a consumer facing role. You will spend your day interacting with future residents on the phone and through email and SMS. The experience you provide plays a huge role in the success of both the leasing team and property managers. A great move-in experience makes for a happy resident.
Technology. We are very much a technology company and you will be using Salesforce, Buildium and more on a daily basis. Your success in this role will largely be dependent on how organized you are and how effectively you work with technology.

Representing the Fund. You will represent the fund as the true professional you are. You will be working with residents during what can be a very stressful time. Performance measured in part by these KPIs:
- Move-In Volume: The more successful move-ins the more you will make.
- Leasing Volume: Your ability to quickly and successfully move residents through the move-in process has a direct impact on how many homes we lease and how quickly we lease them. We will win together.
- Approved Applicant to Move-In %: You will be working with residents from approval to move-in.
- Speed & Quality. Both speed and quality are paramount in this role and you will need to be able to successfully do both.
- Customer Experience: You will provide an A+ experience for everyone you interact with both inside and outside American Avenue Property Management.
The Skills & Experience We're Looking For
High volume leasing coordination/move-in experience. You have a minimum of two years of experience in a high volume leasing or leasing coordination or administrative role. You have done the job and know what it takes to be great.
Process driven. You understand the importance of having a clearly outlined process and the importance it plays in a high volume role.
Organization. You are obsessed with details and organization. You are an “Inbox Zero” individual that never misses a task.
Technology is your tool. If you struggle with technology this is probably not the role for you. You will primarily be using Salesforce.
Unmatched customer service. You pride yourself on providing a truly great experience for your customers. You set clear expectations and always do what you say you will.
Top Level Producer. You produce. No matter. You have consistently shown yourself to be one of the top producers in whatever you are doing.
Proactive Mindset. You have a strong bias towards action.
Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on. You persevere when others fall away.
