Virtual Customer Service Representative


 

This position will be working to re-validate existing providers for crisis services in order to maintain accuracy of our resource database. It's important for this candidate to posses strong phone skills and to be detail oriented.
This position will work remotely to support the validation of an existing provider directory of behavioral health resources.

The hours will be standard business hours - M-F 8am - 5pm with a lunch break. A successful candidate will be someone with excellent phone skills, strong critical thinking, proficient in Microsoft products and self motivated. The candidate will work directly with product manager on progress for resource validation. Majority of work will be completed by engaging in outbound phone calls, will also keep work updated in Microsoft Excel.

Healthcare background required, behavioral health preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $15.78 - $17.41 per hour
