Overview:
Remote Dispatch/Customer Service Tech Monday
- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, giving you afternoons and weekends for special moments that matter!

Our dispatch department is home to detailed, perceptive team members with a knack for problem solving and a passion for supporting Best-in-Class customer service. You’ll interact with our customers and CSC field team members daily, which may include:
- Handle customer calls until resolution, or forward to appropriate party.
- Coordinate assignments for service technicians per customer request.
- Respond to incoming dispatch and service related calls and emails from field employees.
- Monitor and assist technicians in completing call in a timely manner.
- Enter assignment data and/or update information in the system(s).

- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Prior experience in dispatch or as Customer Service Associate is a plus.
- Ability to read maps and understand basic routing concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Military experience is not required, but it is welcome and appreciated here.
