To join our team as a Energy Efficiency Outreach Coordinator. Responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. Work within a small team to develop and implement outreach strategies and associated tracking.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…
- Provide energy efficiency education through direct customer support including but not limited to phone contact, emails, scheduling of appointments, event staffing, and on-site visits.
- Provide assistance to increase program participation through community stakeholders, businesses, and organizations through data entry, correspondence, and tracking data.
- Staff meetings and other support
- Conduct on-site outreach and community events
- Track and report field activity

- 2-4 years customer service/outreach experience
- Must reside in California, or be willing to relocate
Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 / Annually
