DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
· Provides administrative support to the Human Resources leadership team including calendar management, report generation and prepares communications including PowerPoint presentations.
· Serves as key contact for Human Resources budget tracking, expense reporting, and related internal processes and practices.
· Composes and facilitates correspondence including purchase requisitions, action memos, and vendor agreements.
· Maintains records by partnering and coordinating the retention initiatives for agreements including archive activities.
· Prepares reports, analysis, and summaries.
· Maintains functional knowledge of state and federal employment labor laws, workers’ compensation, Occupational (OSHA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), benefit programs and regulatory requirements.
· Other duties as assigned.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
· Three to five years of related experience.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
· Excellent organizational skills and effective ability to prioritize competing obligations for a variety of stakeholders.
· Ability to work effectively in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment producing quality work product on time and with minimal supervision.
· Formal training in functional area or equivalent experience.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $26.96 - $40.44 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus up to 20%, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
