Job Description: Vendor Coordinator

Location: Remote

This position will support all aspects of the Vendor Management team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Vendor Managers with daily, weekly and monthly reports detailing all RPM activities; provide patient status updates to the clinical team when necessary; work with facility staff to ensure all devices are connected and being utilized; triage device errors, provide basic troubleshooting solutions and escalate complex concerns to the Vendor Mangers; This role will work closely with the Launch Managers to successfully schedule vendor managers for viability visits ensuring all order forms, photos and floor plan documents are provided to the Vendor Managers prior to visits. Provide administrative support to the Director of Vendor Management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-stress fast-paced environment using current technologies (Microsoft Teams, Monday Board)
  • High level of planning and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and maintain flexibility to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills with data combination knowledge
  • Ability to take initiative to learn and produce high quality work
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without a reduction in accuracy or quality of work product
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, facilities, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to read, edit, customize and manipulate data and reports
  • Actively participate in team meetings as required by providing challenges and solutions to benefit other team members
