• We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician.* In this position, you will provide support to customer/field support related issues. The Field Service Technician will support the Electric Group in creating schematics, factory pre-wire support, control panel design and testing and operating manual design. _A passport will be required for this position since it will require travel duties of 50% â€" 75% of the time (Domestic and International)._ There will be mechanical, electrical and technical support to customers, especially concerning on â€"site equipment troubleshooting. Communication with the customer is one of our highest priorities, so an individual with exquisite professionalism and communication is required.
• The desired background to be successful in this role includes:*
• Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent experience in heat transfer, refrigeration and electric

course preferred.

• Knowledge of heat exchangers, refrigeration systems, blue print reading, process piping and

electric troubleshooting ability as well as technical report writing ability is required.

• Knowledge of PLC (i.e. Allen Bradley, Koyo) is preferred.
• Knowledge of design software packages (i.e. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is preferred.
