Primary responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Directors and above to create conceptual design solutions, which support brand strategy.
- Refine and develop all aspects of chosen design concept.
- Work with production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables.
- Manage, train and mentor Designers and Junior Designers.
- Preparation! of materials for client and internal meetings.
- Manag! ement of scheduling and coordination of project deliverables with Consultant/Project Manager.
- Presentation to client of design refinements.
- Participate in new business efforts as requested.
- This position is temp to perm.

- 4 â€" 7 years of innovative design experience in a design, consulting or advertising firm with multi industry clients.
- Undergraduate degree (B.F.A.) or equivalent; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination education and experience.
- Mastery of basic design principals including typography, line, form, color, pattern, contrast, scale, weight, etc.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and good time management skills.
- Ability to adhere to project budgets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in PhotoShop, QuarkXpress, and Illustrator.
