Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Client Service Associate is responsible for account management and contract penetration/same store growth of existing healthcar! e and non-healthcare members.
Identify and present new savings opportunities to members and secure contract commitment.
Assist members to identify and maximize savings.
Work with members to ensure they are accessing complete contract portfolio offering
Develop a positive business partnership with member to ensure quality outcomes and member loyalty.
Work with the contracts department to confirm member eligibility and accessibility
Work closely with the field services team to identify additional savings opportunities based on purchase patterns.
Skills & Experience
Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years telephone sales experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience working in a high volume inbound and outbound call center.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Strong verbal, written & analytical skills. !
- Exceptional problem solving skills and attention to detail! .
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2010 (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Occasional travel required.
