Northeast Parent & Child Society, one of New York State’s most innovative human service agencies, invites application for a Custodian in Schenectady, NY.
The Custodian position! provides cleaning services for the agency in a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; general cleaning & floor care, proven ability to receive and follow directions , travel between buildings, and providing coverage for emergency calls. Excellent benefits, supervision & training.
Skills/Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; minimum of 1 year of Custodial experience in cleaning (Basic Housekeeping) and floor care (Stripping and Waxing) preferred, valid NYS Driver’s License required ; experience working for a human services agency and with people from diverse backgrounds preferred.
Work Schedule: Monday â€" Friday 3:00pm â€" 12:00am.
