McGraw-Hill Higher Education currently has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Training and Implementation Intern in our New York, NY offices. This is a unique! opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the company and industry, including work on new, evolving projects and programs related to the enhancement of technology in higher education.
Responsibilities:
Assist with projects related to internal and external technology strategy, training and implementation
Coordinate and analyze data related to technology usage
Maintain, update and enhance the content and user experience of internal online product training tool
Participate in strategy sessions related to internal and customer-facing technology
Work with team to develop customer facing and internal training material, working with product, sales, data and marketing teams
Required Skills
Required Experience
Entering your sophomore, junior or senior year in college, or in a master’s degree or doctorate program in English, Communications, or related field
Good problem-solving skills !
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Suite: (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be detail-oriented and well organized
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and with customers
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
