A very progressive Specialty Practice is seeking to add a full-time FRONT DESK REGISTRATION to its staff.* COM! PENSATION ranges from $24k to $38k annually BOE.*JOB TYPE is Temporary to Permanent/Retained Employee, Full-time.* WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday only. Schedule will vary until a set time is established, shifts may rotate and include 7am to 3:30pm, 7:30am to 4:00pm, 8:00am to 4:30pm, 8:30 to 5:00pm, 9:00am to 5:30pm.* EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of CURRENT work experience at a medical office front desk. High school diploma or equivalent.* JOB DESCRIPTION (including, but not limited to): 1. Medical billing experience (which can only be gained through previous employment in a medical office).
Two years minimum preferred.2. Experience working in an electronic medical records environment is helpful, but not Required.3. Demographic information registration. Should have experience in entering insurance coverage information.4.
Exceptional customer service skills.5. Knowledge of all major insurance companies, Medicaid, Medicare, Workers Comp and No! Fault.6. This person must possess an outgoing personality who! can work as a team.7. Must be flexible with hours.* BENEFITS: Health insurance is available at employee’s expense on a temporary basis.
Also offered is direct deposit and a Simple IRA plan. Three health care plans are available on a permanent basis as well as dental and vision plans. Vacation, personal and sick time accrued immediately on a biweekly basis. Eight paid holidays, plus four floating.
