In-Plant Store Warehouse Person
The In-Plan! t Store Warehouse person will be responsible for performing the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, billing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. This customer engagement will require excellent Arrow systems knowledge and a competent level in most Microsoft Applications in the daily performance of the data exchange with the customer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices
- Maintaining records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary
- Preparing and maintaining records of merchandise shipped
- Posting weights and shipping charges and preparing goods for final shipment
- Examining stock and distributing materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines
- May prepare kitting packages for assembly production
- Performing data excha! nge using Customer web based system
- Performing daily ! Sale Order generation & invoicing
- Fluent knowledge of all warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to address inventory related issues with the customer
- Scorecard - Understands the scorecard metrics and has ownership of at least one of the metrics
- Discrepancy Resolution - Knows the research steps necessary to resolve inventory discrepancies
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience
- 1-3 years warehouse or in-plant store experience -Good interpersonal/customer interface skills are required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Need for a detail oriented individual
- Computer skills: Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook.
