Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years working experience in Supportive Housing (specifically OMH, DOHMH, DHS, and Transitional Housing). Work experience must include at least 3 years of providing administrative and clinical oversight to residential staff. Candidates must be passionate about supervising masterâs level Social Workers. Qualified applicants must be proactive, organized, and consistent when executing assigned duties. Effective candidates must have experience with DOHMH, and DHS program audits. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills including writing skills. Applicants must have strong organizational and time management! skills. Candidates must demonstrate hands on approach and a r! esult orientated capacity. Applicants must have a clear understanding of DHS and DOHMH regulations. A Masterâs Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is required. An LMSW or LCSW is required. LCSW is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the oversight of the facility. Provides administrative and clinical direction to all Program staff. Also provides administrative and clinical supervision to assigned the Program Coordinator and Residence Manager, and Shift Supervisors. Collaborates regularly with the Psychiatrist. Monitors that program participants receive optimum clinical and supportive services in a timely manner. Ensures that participants are residing in safe and decent living environments. Monitors that facilities are well maintained. Ensures successful program audits. Monitors that programs are adhering to the contracted levels of services. Monitors that chart document meet regulatory standards. Reports to the Director of Resi! dential Services.
